Travel around the world without leaving home with the latest developments from Porcelanosa lifestyle
The multinational launches a digital platform using cities such as New York, London and Milan as a backdrop for virtual displays of its new collections.
Design and fashion come together in the Porcelanosa Virtual Exhibition, a virtual fair that the Porcelanosa Group has launched with its new collections. Designed as a personalised tour of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities (Moscow, London, Milan, New York, Bali, Madrid and Paris) and aimed at professionals in the sector, this event is the result of the constant efforts that Porcelanosa has made in digitalisation and R&D&I.
It is an interactive space where the visitor can view each firm’s finishes, qualities and textures in three dimensions, plus the virtual catalogues and multimedia galleries of the general showroom and the products displayed.
Digital immersion in the world of Porcelanosa
This immersion in the Porcelanosa universe seeks to strengthen the bonds between customer and brand through digital interaction and ongoing support.
During their visit, users will be able to observe in full detail ceramic collections inspired by marble or cement, open-plan oak kitchens integrated into the living room, bathroom fittings and furniture in minimalist designs, vinyl flooring that imitates natural stone, geometrically shaped metallic mosaics, seemingly infinite walls and worktops, solutions for ventilated façades and decorative profiles for flooring. “Visitors will be able to learn about our new materials and all their applications through various projects. These include an open-plan hotel, a business reception area, a designer loft and bathrooms inspired by the Amazon. Although these are seemingly very distinct scenarios, there is a common element: the versatility and breadth that our collections contribute to each space. We have improved the quality and appearance of our finishes with more natural and realistic designs.”
The new developments in style and interior design shown in this virtual fair will set a trend in 2021. White, beige and brown tones will feature predominantly, as will floor and wall tiles with clearly marked veins, velvety textiles, Art Deco-inspired geometric mosaics, minimalist bathrooms with natural vegetation, single lever mixer taps with bronze or gold finishes, and backlit LED mirrors. “The new collections presented in the virtual fair represent the coexistence of the digital and analogue worlds in our search for more sustainable and inclusive construction. What we are looking for is to create new spaces for professional encounters and discussion, using new technologies and personalised support. Two tools that will allow us to universalise design and the Porcelanosa brand,” said a company representative.
